Loved this recipe :) I'm from South Louisiana and am currently living in South Korea so I was really looking for a king cake recipe that was close to what I could find at home. This was very very close! I loved that I could use my bread machine since I hate kneading. I did roll the two cakes out bigger than suggested as I don't like them so thick. Also, for the topping I used 2 cups powdered sugar, Tbsp of vanilla, Tbsp or so of lemon juice, couple tbsp of milk to desired consistency.
