Directions

  1. Cook and drain noodles.
  2. Place in large bowl.
  3. Add all ingredients, except jam.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Add jam and mix thoroughly.
  6. Place in baking dish; add more jam, if you want.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes, or until lightly browned.

This was a good sweet kugel and with my help my 9 year old daughter's first effort so she was quite proud of herself. For myself I would have added some pineapple and a crispy topping but otherwise it was good.
