Very good diet cheesecake that didn't taste like diet food! Although I would have liked it a bit sweeter this was a wonderful low-cal dessert and also the first time I was really happy with using a sugar subsitute (Splenda) and the first time I ever used soy flour (you really couldn't tell it wasn't regular flour in this recipe). For the cream cheese I used one package regular (original), one fat free and 1 low fat -- which lowered the calorie count a bit and although this was probably a bit dried than if I used all regular cream cheese it was still very good and tasty! Thanks for sharing another delicious low cal dessert!
