Great cookie! I had some white chocolate and didn't know what to do with it, so this was the perfect use for it! I cut the sugar back to one tablespoon - personal preference, no sweet tooth here. But I used the whole amount of maple syrup, and I love the flavour of it! Thanks for sharing! Made for Culinary Quest 2015 / Quebec
Soft, chewy and delicious! I followed the ingredients exactly and they came out amazing! Mine were done in about 9-10 minutes, just dropping not pressing down. The dough also taste amazing :-) If you like maple and white chocolate, this will be your new favorite cookie!
Sooooo....gooooood! Loved the flavor and crazy quick to mix up. My only issue was they really spread out. I didn't flatten the second batch to see if that would help, but they spread out like the first batch. I love how they look in one of the pictures posted and was hoping mine would turn out similar. Maybe I over mixed the dough. Oh well, they tasted so good I barley noticed how they looked. Thanks for sharing the recipe.
These are fantastic! Mine spread out a little more than I wanted so I will adjust for that next time, but these are my favorite cookie.
WOW, these cookies are ginormous and fantastic! I made them to take to work and uni with me and everyone, really everyone, raved about them! They looked like right out of a fancy coffee shop and tasted so great with all those different flavours coming together in a really nice way. I used only 1/2 cup brown sugar and a mix of white and milk chocolate chunks, but other than that stuck to your recipe and wow was it ever good! THANK YOU SO MUCH for sharing this keeper with us, Sofie!

This is a wonderfully flavorful cookie that is nice and soft and chewy. The maple and white chocolate combination is spot on. These remind me a bit of the Walnut Maple Blondies at Applebees. SO GOOD!
