Another excellent quinoa cereal of yours! Usually I prefer it with some fruit in it, but this was great as is. Topped it with home made vanilla yoghurt and felt like having dessert for breakfast! Thanks for posting!

Quinoa is a new ingredient to me, so I wasn't sure what to expect when I decided to try this recipe. And I was totally happy with the end result. Thank you for sharing your recipe, Katzen. What a great way to start the day! The maple syrup was the perfect sweetener for the nutty quinoa and great with the walnuts as well. This made for a delicious, healthy and satisfying breakfast - thanks for sharing the recipe!people found this review Helpful. You can only vote others' reviews helpful or not helpful... Kat, this is an unbelievably tasty way of starting the day! :) Mmmm, my sis and me devoured this and wished we had made more.
The walnuts went so well with the nutty quinoa (I used black quinoa for the first time) and the maple syrup adds a great earthy sweetness. YUM!
THANK YOU SO MUCH for sharing this winner with us!

Yumm! The toasted walnuts and maple syrup make this very healthy breakfast a tasty way to start the day. Made as written using Quinoa-Toasted that I keep in the frig. For the topping I used a little vanilla ricotta but think milk or vanilla yogurt would be just as good. Will be making this again. Thanks for the post.people found this review Helpful.
