Crust
- 59.14 ml butter, cold
- 236.59 ml flour
- 1.23 ml salt
- 118.29 ml brown sugar
- 1 egg

- 236.59 ml brown sugar
- 236.59 ml maple syrup
- 1 egg, beaten
- 44.37 ml flour
- 118.29 ml coconut
- 2.46 ml baking powder
- 0.25 ml salt
directions
- Crust:.
- Preheat oven to 425F.
- Cut butter into dry ingredients.
- Add butter and mix well.
- Press into an 8" square baking pan.
- Bake 8 minutes.
- Topping:.
- Lower oven temperature to 350F.
- Mix brown sugar and maple syrup.
- Bring to a boil and simmer 5 minutes on low heat.
- Wait 10 minutes.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Pour on top of crust.
- Bake 20 minutes.
