  4. Add butter and mix well.
  5. Press into an 8" square baking pan.
  6. Bake 8 minutes.

  9. Mix brown sugar and maple syrup.
  10. Bring to a boil and simmer 5 minutes on low heat.
  11. Wait 10 minutes.
  12. Add remaining ingredients.
  13. Pour on top of crust.
