Maple Soy Salmon Glaze

"A quick to prepare delicious glaze made with ingredients that most people have on hand at all times."

• Serves: 4

ingredients

• 1 tablespoon maple syrup
• 1 tablespoon soy sauce
• 1 teaspoon ginger powder
• 1 teaspoon minced garlic
• 1 lb salmon, 4 pieces about a pound in total

directions

1. Place salmon on a single layer in greased baking pan.
2. Mix glaze ingredients together, baste over salmon cooking in a 450 degree oven for 18 minutes, basting often as it bakes. ( about every 6 minutes).

The oven temp is way to hot for that amount of time. I'd suggest with turning the temp down or shortening the cook time. Great flavor though.
