I have not tried this recipe. I got this recipe from Food Network. It's a Sandra Lee recipe.
- 2⁄3 cup low-fat milk (1/2 cup if adding vodka)
- 2 cups light butter pecan ice cream
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 3 ounces vanilla vodka (2 shots) (optional)
- Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend for 1 minute, until smooth.
- Pour into glasses and serve with straws.
