I have not tried this recipe. I got this recipe from Food Network. It's a Sandra Lee recipe.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 23 cup low-fat milk (1/2 cup if adding vodka)
  • 2 cups light butter pecan ice cream
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 3 ounces vanilla vodka (2 shots) (optional)


  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend for 1 minute, until smooth.
  2. Pour into glasses and serve with straws.
