"Syrup for pancakes and waffles."

• Yields: 3 tablespoons
• Serves: 6

ingredients

• 1⁄4 cup butter
• 1⁄2 cup maple syrup
• 1⁄3 cup whipping cream
• 1⁄2 teaspoon rum extract

directions

1. Add all ingredients to pan.
2. bring to a boil while stirring.
3. Reduce to simmer for 2 minutes.
4. Serve over favorite pancakes or waffles.
