An easy glaze to dress up your desserts. My favorite is on top of a pound cake, coffee ice cream, or pumpkin cheesecake!


  1. In medium-sized saucepan, combine whipping cream and maple syrup.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Boil rapidly 15 to 20 minutes or until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir in chopped pecans.
  5. Cover and chill until served if not using immedeately.
  6. Stir before serving.
