Maple Orange Glaze

ingredients

• 2 fresh garlic cloves, minced
• 1 shallot, minced
• 1 tablespoon oil
• 1 cup 100% real maple syrup
• 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice (not from concentrate)

directions

1. In a small pot sauté the garlic and shallots in oil until soft.
2. Add syrup and orange juice and bring to a boil.
3. Simmer until reduced by half.
