This was so simple and flavorful! We are always looking for different ways to cook scallops and this was great. We served this with some rice and green beans. I had some of the extra sauce left and used a little on the rice and green beans. It was absolutely delicious.

Sometimes one comes across a recipe that is so full of win that it demands one's immediate attention. Such is the case with this delightful receipt. The tartness of the dijon mustard is muted by the cooking process, to the point where it becomes a savory counterbalance to the delicate sweetness of the syrup. Much like a diamond in a perfect setting, the scallops shine through in this wonderful, simple and healthy recipe. Highly Recommended.

I made these last night and we really enjoyed them. My scallops did not come out crunchy either and I even broiled them the last few minutes of cooking. The flavor was nice, we had large meaty scallops from costco - YUM. Thanks!

Great scallops! They were so easy to make, and it took me about 5 minutes to put it together. For an lb. of scallops (8 large scallops), a half-recipe of the coating was sufficient. Thanks for sharing!

Loved these - ate them as a light supper over greens. Next time I'll hold back a bit of the dressing and whisk it in to the vinaigrette for the greens. My scallops did not turn crunchy - they were done in around 15 minutes, or perhaps it was the brand of mustard - but that did not affect the flavor.
