One of my favorite salad dressings that I make with my dad's home made maple syrup. It's a bit tart/sharp, but very tasty. It does not have to be stored in the refrigerator.

  1. In a 4 cup measure mix mustard with hot water.
  2. Wisk in syrup, vinegar salt and pepper.
  3. Wisk in olive oil.
  4. Serve on your favorite salad.
