So easy and such a HIT around the holidays. I put a bunch of sweet potatoes around mine while it roasts.
This roast turned out really nice and the sauce is like a mustard based BBQ sauce. My husband said he would much rather have a roast like this than pork chops because it comes out so moist. Next time I'll try adding in sweet potatoes per GIAD's suggestion!
Very, very good. I didn't have enough maple syrup (1/2 cup) so added some honey to make up the difference - worked out nicely. I took GIAD's tip and added some sweet potatoes to cook with it - yummy!! Thanks!
This was sooo good, and very easy to prepare. I used a 2 1/2 pound roast and I was out of soy sauce, so I substituted worcestershire sauce. Everybody loved it and said that was very tender. We will be making this again, very soon. Thanks!
AWSOME!!! My husband swore to me it was teryiaki pork from the store. I didn't have dijon mustard so I used Spicy Brown Mustard and it turned out just as great!!!
Oh yum! This is delicious. I served mine with wild rice. I was afraid the sauce would be too sweet but it was just perfect.
Thank you so much for posting this dish Christmas Carol. Yummy it was soooo yummy. We really enjoyed this tasty tasty dish. It was sweet and tangy yet not overpowering in any way. A new keeper one we will enjoy often.
