  1. heat oven to 375 degrees
  2. toss potatoes with oil salt and pepper
  3. roast for 30 minutes.
  4. whisk syrup and juice together
  5. and pour 1/2 over potatoes
  6. bake 10 more minutes until potatoes are tender then poiur rest of syrup and toss.
