- 1 sweet potato, peeled and diced
- 473.18 ml butternut squash, peeled and diced
- 118.29 ml white onion, minced
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- 14.79 ml thyme
- 44.37 ml maple syrup
- 14.79 ml soy sauce
- 4.92 ml black pepper
directions
- Combine all ingredients.
- Toss into a roasting pan.
- Bake at 425°F for 20 minutes.
