Absolutely loved this dish. I had one large salmon fillet which I scored to allow the sauce to penetrate the fish. This is going into my Best of 2015 cookbook. Thanks for sharing.

  1. In a small bowl combine ingredients but not salmon.
  2. Arrange salmon on a foil lined baking sheet.
  3. Spoon glaze over fish.
  4. Bake on centre rack for 15 - 20 minutes at 425°F.
