A Pacific Northwest BBQ favourite.
- 1⁄4 cup maple syrup
- 1⁄4 cup apple juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 salmon fillets or 2 salmon steaks
- 2 lemon wedges
- Mix together syrup and juices in a pan, reduce until sauce thickens.
- Place salmon in BBQ grill pan, brushing glaze on both sides.
- BBQ for 10-15 minutes, turning and basting frequently.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
