This is a bit different than the other salmon recipes here. It is very quick and easy to make - came from Canadian Living. I marinated the salmon in the glaze for about 30 minutes before cooking. I have fried the salmon and I have also cooked it on the George Foreman - both were excellent. Cooking time does not include marinating time.
- 1⁄4 cup maple syrup
- 4 teaspoons grainy mustard or 4 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 4 teaspoons soy sauce
- 2 lbs salmon fillets

- In a small bowl, combine maple syrup, mustard and soy sauce. Arrange salmon on foil or parchment paper lined rimmed baking sheets. Spoon glaze over fish.
- Bake in center of a 400°F convection oven until fish flakes easily when tested - approximately 8-10 minutes.
