I loved this marinade! I got it marinated about 8 hours and I can't wait to see the flavor at 24 hours!! It was so good. Used bone-in, skinless thighs so it needed a little more time on the grill. Served with asparagus which was perfect. Thanks :)
Big hit at two summer BBQ's. I let it marinaded for 24 hours in a bag. Cooked on grill while brushing with extra marinade repeatedly. Finger licking good!
This chicken was so good, even my picky dh enjoyed it. Made exactly as written. I marinaded the chicken for 24 hours. The chicken was so tender and very very flavorful. This was delicious. I switched the lemon to lime and added a bit of the zest. Will be making again for sure. Probably with double sauce for a bit more on my rice.

For dietary reason I used a sugar free maple syrup and baked in the oven at 175C fan forced for 35 minutes for a result of delicious but moist thighs which we all enjoyed, thank you jusstcallmetoni. made for Name that Ingredient tag game.
I am always looking for good recipes to do OMAC...so you can't go wrong with this one. I loved the maple syrup, lemon and garlic. I doubled this one and used 3 garlic cloves and left out the cayenne. Thanks for the posting!
This was so good. The maple flavor adds a depth to the chicken that is super good and sticky! I broiled for about 15 minutes and it was perfect.
We loved this. What a great flavor the marinade gave to the chicken thighs. It was too windy to grill and I'm still not comfortable with my broiler, so I baked these for about 20-25 minutes at 400 and they turned out perfect. I didn't used any of the marinade to baste the thighs with when cooked, but did take some of the pan juices and pored that over them just before serving. We will be making this again for sure.
