Maple syrup adds a sweet note to a super-quick barbecue sauce. I found this recipe in Cooking Club magazine. I have not tried this recipe, but I'm posting it for safe keeping.
- Heat grill. In small bowl, stir together all glaze ingredients.
- Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Brush chicken generously with glaze. Place chicken on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6-inches from medium coals; cover grill.
- Cook 8-12 minutes or until juices run clear, turning once and brushing occasionally with glaze.
This was very good, I made it to the recipe but cut it by half I cooked it on my little bucket barbie and it turned out very nice. I would definitely make this again. I served it with a nice salad carrots broad beans and some home pickled beets what a nice dinner we had. Thank you for posting.
Loved this recipe as it used very basic ingredients that I typically have on hand. The combination of flavors was excellent. This was served with Fantastic Grilled Corn on the Cob (Fantastic Grilled Corn on the Cob) and fresh green beans.
