great tasting and good for you! a well balanced meal all in one bowl.
- 1 cup water
- 1⁄2 cup rolled oats
- 1⁄4 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons sugar-free maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- cook oats to package directions.
- add protein powder, maple syrup, and cinnamon and stir well.
- add rasins if desired.
Thanks for a great way to get in my morning protein. It was a nice break from the normal shake.
