So simple, yet so yummy! Only two ingredients and great on biscuits, English muffins, sweet breads or plain old toast!
- Whip butter with mixer or in food processor until smooth.
- Dribble in syrup and mix until combined well.
- Store refrigerated in a covered container; keeps up to 3 weeks.
Nice way to sweeten up a plain bagel. I used Grade B maple syrup to make mine. I'll make this again. Made for *Zaar Tag* game 2007
