Another from the Taste Of Home Cookbook. From Linda Russell in Exeter, Ontario. These are simple to make and really a put em in the oven and forget em sort of thing.
- Cut ribs into serving-size pieces. Place ribs bone side down on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour; drain.
- Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine the remaining ingredients; cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil.
- Pour sauce over ribs. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30-45 minutes longer or until tender, basting occasionally.
