      Awesome! Super easy and delicious. I thought this would be more like apple sauce but it really does carmelize and darken and once you puree it transforms into a wonderful sweet apple butter. I made a half recipe with 3 small fuji apples and 1 humongous honeycrisp apple. I used my immersion blender to puree it right in the pot. Made for the please review tag game. Freddy Cat says hi!

      Made half a recipe using pure maple syrup & it was outstanding! Absolutely loved the taste of this butter & now have plans to make much more of it to include in my Yule gift baskets! Thanks so much for sharing it! [Made & reviewed in 1-2-3 Hits recipe tag]

      Wow is this good! I used a lite maple syrup (imitation flavor) and it worked wonderful. So simple to make (I made just 1/2 cup for the two of us). Mine came out yellow in color (not brown) but it mattered not, this is great stuff, easy to make. I tried it on cinnamon pancakes this morning and it was sooo good! Thanks for another keeper Boomie!

      Delicious! I also thought this would be like apple sauce but it gets so much creamier and makes a very good apple butter. I have used it on toast, with yoghurt and will try to use some in a cake. Very good indeed.
