After reading rave reviews at allrecipes.com and here, I made this salad for Easter dinner and it was a disappointment. Even though I crisped the lettuce ahead of time, the shredded lettuce went limp almost immediately. The dressing was tasty - but I increased the garlic, curry and Parmesan or it would have been bland. If I made it again, I would use torn Romain lettuce instead of shredded Iceberg.

What a amazing salad! I absolutely loved the dressing. I doubled the dressing after testing the flavor and I loved it! :) I thought the curry powder really set the dressing off along with the brown sugar and I ain't much of a curry powder person. It really went good with recipe#152116 . I added some radishes to the layers and put the chopped egg on top and than I added the dressing over the eggs and than ended with parmesan cheese and bacon bits on top. Thanks for sharing the recipe! I know I will make this again :)
