Tasty, and easy. I thought it might taste like sloppy joes but it doesn't. It's a good Mexican casserole!

Yummy!! Followed the recipe almost exactly, leaving out the onions and such. Definitely a keeper!

OK... I am a Manwich freak - lived on it it college lol. I loved this! I made it like a lasagna. Used Lasagna noodles and layered as stated. I also added more onion and about half of a green pepper. Thanks for a new idea on an old favorite!

Delicious! I made this for dinner for my gramma and myself and we both loved it! Instead of using tortillas I used lasagna noodles and I added 1 small chopped onion and 1/2 a chopped green pepper to the mix to get more veggies into it. Because of the noodles I cooked it at 375 for 40 minutes. THANKS SO MUCH FOR POSTING THIS!!

Yummy Yummy. Planned this for a quick & easy weeknight meal. Had to work late so DH made this. We both really enjoyed it. He told me to make sure to hold on to this recipe, he'd be making this for us again. Made enough for us with plenty of leftovers. Thanks for posting.
