- 1 large ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped or 1 cup frozen mango, thawed
- 1⁄4 cup Splenda granular, no calorie artificial sweetener
- 1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
- 1⁄2 cup mango nectar or 1⁄2 cup orange juice
- 1⁄2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 pinch salt
- Combine all ingredients in a blender in the order listed; process mixture until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides.
