  • 1 large ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped or 1 cup frozen mango, thawed
  • 14 cup Splenda granular, no calorie artificial sweetener
  • 1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
  • 12 cup mango nectar or 12 cup orange juice
  • 12 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 pinch salt


  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender in the order listed; process mixture until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides.
