For those who DO enjoy this fruit, here's a great mango fix! Use fresh or frozen mango for this chilled drink!

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 cups mango nectar
  • 1 pint mango sorbet
  • 3 cups mangoes, diced


  1. Thaw sorbet until slightly softened, about 10 minutes.
  2. Put all ingredients in blender & puree until smooth & thick.

Mmmm, heavenly, even in the dead of winter! I love mango so this was so good. It took me a while though to find the mango sorbet, but the hard work just to find it payed off.
