I love sweet and sour food. This salsa goes especially well with fish. But also with any kind of seafood and even chicken. I even used it on a burger patty once and liked it.

  1. Mix all the ingredients and enjoy.
  2. You could refrigerate it for a while or could use it right away depending on how you like it.
  3. You could try using vinegar or lemon juice instead of lime juice.

This salsa is very nice and fresh tasting. We felt that for a mango salsa the mango should be more prominent. Next time we would double the mango. We served the salsa with Zesty Polynesian Scallops which called for mango salsa. Made for 1-2-3 tag

Made this because I thought it quite different from many other salsas that I've had & IT'S GREAT! I served it over some baked salmon, & will try it another time with chicken breasts that I often have! Thanks for yet another nice salsa recipe keeper! [Tagged, made & reviewed just for the 'halibut'!]
