Another great recipe from George Foreman.
- 2 cups mangoes, chopped
- 3 ripe tomatoes, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup purple onion, chopped fine
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped fine
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- Lightly mix all ingredients in medium bowl. Chill to serve.
Really loved this. We had it with recipe #192985. DH has suggested that we use it in burritos the next time we have them. UPDATE: Had it with chicken burritos the other night and it was fantastic. Gave a really nice mild fuity taste to the dish.
