Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 mangoes (fresh ripe, peeled and pitted)
  • 236.59 ml campari (or Aperol)
  • ice, as needed
  • 473.18 ml dry white wine (Verdicchio, Soave, Pino Grigio, Orvieto, or Gavi)
  • 473.18 ml prosecco
  • 4 green olives (with pits, use Castelvetrano or Green Cerignola)
  • 4 orange slices, for garnish

Directions

  1. Place mangoes and Campari/Aperol in the jar of a blender and puree.
  2. Place 1/4 cup mango puree in each of 4 glasses.
  3. Fill with ice; add 1/2 cup white wine and 1/2 cup prosecco to each glass.
  4. Garnish each glass with a slice of orange.
  5. Spear each olive with a toothpick and add to each glass. Serve immediately.
