- Stir together nectar, vodka, lemon juice and sugar in 1-quart glass measure.
- Shake half of mixture in coctail shaker half filled with ice cubes until cold, about 30-seconds.
- Strain into glasses half filled with ice cubes.
- Shake and strain remaining nectar mixture in same manner.
Whoo! The vodka was a bit strong for me - I would cut it back a little next time, but that's just my taste. I made one serving, trying to use up some mango nectar. Thanks for the recipe!
