Mango Shrimp Salad
- 4 medium shrimp
- 3⁄4 kg sweet mango
- 439 g fruit cocktail, drained
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon condensed milk
- Cook shrimps in 1/4 cup fruit cocktail syrup for 5 minutes. Remove shells and cut into small pieces.
- Cut mango into cubes and soak in remaining fruit cocktail syrup for 5 minutes. Drain. Combine with Fruit Cocktail and shrimps, mayonnaise, and condensed milk.
- Blend well. Chill until ready to serve.
