This is very good! Made 1 serving and used 3 really ripe mangoes. Wish I had tasted it before I put in all the agave so I had to add a lot more lime juice. Forgot the salt and only used a splash of vanilla. I still have a whole box of ripe mangoes to eat so I will make again soon. Thanks!
- 3 cups fresh mango, ripe, diced
- 2 cups coconut water (from a real live coconut!)
- 3 tablespoons agave nectar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1⁄4 teaspoon lime juice
- 1 pinch sea salt
