Mango Sauce for Braai

"Braai is the traditional South African gilling of meats. This is a lovely sauce for grilling your meat."

• Yields: 1 Batch

ingredients

• 8 1⁄2 ounces butter
• 2 mangoes, peeled and chopped
• 2 red peppers, seeded and finely chopped
• 1⁄4 ounce caraway seed
• salt
• pepper

directions

1. Heat butter, add remaining ingredients, saute until soft, do not brown.
2. Serve warm or use.
