Braai is the traditional South African gilling of meats. This is a lovely sauce for grilling your meat.
- 8 1⁄2 ounces butter
- 2 mangoes, peeled and chopped
- 2 red peppers, seeded and finely chopped
- 1⁄4 ounce caraway seed
- Heat butter, add remaining ingredients, saute until soft, do not brown.
- Serve warm or use.
