Mango Sauce
"Here's another sauce like the Raspberry Sauce from Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville. Also good on just about everything. Was part of JBs Key Lime Pie. NOTE: Only 1 can is needed but recipe program wouldn't let me enter a recipe with only 1 ingredient."

- 1 (11 1/2 ounce) can mango juice, Kern's
- 1 (11 1/2 ounce) can mango juice, Kern's
directions
- Make mango sauce by bringing two cans of Kern's mango juice to a boil in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes or until sauce thickens.
- Cover and chill.

I've travelled a bit throughout Europe and the U.S. as well as Honduras and Costa Rica. I think I may have some gypsy ancestors! I love to travel but am not able to anymore. I've done leaded glass work(stained glass), which I love; am working on counted cross stitch; and am willing to try any craft, at least once! I've also worked for a major insurance company as a case analyst.
