Mangoes, tomatoes, yellow bell peppers in a lemon-lime cilantro dressing. Perfect alongside grilled shrimp.


  1. Chop up the tomatoes and yellow bell pepper into about quarter inch cubes. Peel the mango and chop into half inch cubes. Finally finally chop the cilantro and chilli pepper.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a medium sized bowl and stir in the lemon and lime juices. Add cracked pepper to taste. Stir and let sit in fridge for 15 minutes before serving.
