Mangoes, tomatoes, yellow bell peppers in a lemon-lime cilantro dressing. Perfect alongside grilled shrimp.
- 1 mango
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 2 tablespoons cilantro
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 fresh jalapeno pepper
- cracked pepper

- Chop up the tomatoes and yellow bell pepper into about quarter inch cubes. Peel the mango and chop into half inch cubes. Finally finally chop the cilantro and chilli pepper.
- Combine all ingredients in a medium sized bowl and stir in the lemon and lime juices. Add cracked pepper to taste. Stir and let sit in fridge for 15 minutes before serving.
