Mango Salsa

I adopted this from the recipezaar account in early 2005. Have not had a chance to make it yet but will be making it soon and will be 'tweeking' the ingredients and directions if necessary.

• Prep Time: 5 mins
• Cook Time: 0 mins

Ingredients:

Servings: 4

• 1 mango
• 1 jalapeno pepper
• 2 tablespoons fresh coriander
• 1 lemon, juice of
• 1 teaspoon olive oil

Directions:

1. Dice Mango, jalapeno pepper and fresh coriander very finely.
2. Combine.
3. Add lime juice and olive oil.
4. Serve salsa with a generous dollop of sour cream if desired.

Perhaps it's not fair to rate this with 5 stars since I change it up, but it really is a great salsa that always gets rave reviews. It is a great 5-ingredient salsa (I use mango, jalapeno, a little diced red onion, some chopped fresh cilantro and juice of lime). I serve this with tortilla chips and it is the hit of any party. Try it...you will love it! Thanks for posting.
