Mango Salsa

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 orange, sectioned
  • 1 mango, cubed
  • 14 cup coconut
  • 14 cup vidalia onion, red onion
  • 14 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons jalapenos, seeded minced
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

Directions

  1. Mix ingredients together.
  2. Enjoy.

This stuff is really good! Unfortunately, I didn't have any oranges...so I used another mango in its place. I can hardly wait to make it again with the orange. I tried it because the coconut sounded interesting...it was just what I was looking for.

This makes for a great tasting salsa, or at least I thought so after I reduced the amount of jalapenos by half! Thanks for sharing this great keeper of a recipe! [Made & reviewed for one of my adoptees in the current Pick A Chef event]
