Sweet, tart and cruncy salsa on the side or in a taco. (Eating Well, June/July 2005)
- 3 cups mangoes, diced (about 2 large)
- 1⁄4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 cup radish, diced (about 1 bunch)
- Toss mangoes, cilantro, lime juice, and salt in a bowl.
- Stir in radishes just before serving.
love this recipe, especially great for barbecues!!!
um...it tasted very strange....
