This chic, pretty little pudding appeals to all ages. Good for last-minute entertaining. So easy. Adapted from Gourmet.
- 1 (15 ounce) can mangoes, in light syrup, drained
- 10 1⁄2 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 1⁄4 cup fresh lime juice
- lime slice (to garnish)

- In a blender or food processor blend the mangoes, the milk, and the lime juice for 1 to 2 minutes, or until the mixture is smooth. Divide the pudding among 4 wine glasses or dessert glasses and chill it for at least 2 hours or overnight (in a pinch you can eat it right away). Garnish the pudding with the lime slices.
