A great dressing for a green salad.

  1. Combine mango pulp, sugar, salt, dry mustard, onion powder, cider vinegar and lemon juice in blender. Drizzle in oil, blending until thickened. Stir in poppy seeds. Store in refrigerator. Shake to mix before serving.

Skipped the sugar and the salt and added just a tablespoon or two of oil to a double batch and it is fabulous! The mango gives it plenty of sweetness.
