A dessert with the flavors of India from The Vegetarian Passport. The number of balls the recipe makes depends on how large you make them.


  1. Place all ingredients except mango juice in a food processor and blend until fairly smooth.
  2. Add juice, a bit at a time, until you have the right consistency to form the mixture into balls.
  3. Form into balls and allow to harden.
