I was making a chutney, but set aside some ingredients for this.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 mango, peeled, diced
  • 3 peaches, peeled and diced
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, diced
  • 1 vidalia onion, chopped
  • 1 red pepper, diced
  • 3 scallions, sliced
  • 3 limes, juice of


  1. Mix all ingredients, serve.

suggest you add mango and peaches last as they chop quickly. Awesome recipe.

Great recipe...added cilantro and a little salt. Used with chips. Also only used 2 limes worth of juice.

Wow chia! I really love different kinds of salsa. This is one of them. And interesting, non traditional combo of sweet and sour make for a terrific salsa. I liked this salsa served with Terra Cota chips.
