Mango Papaya Smoothie

  • FOR SMOOTHIE

  • 1 14 cups almond milk
  • 12 cup coconut water (NOT coconut milk!)
  • 1 cup papaya, peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup mango, peeled and cubed
  • 12 cup ice
  • FOR GARNISH

  • 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • mango, chunks
  • papaya, chunks

directions

  • Place all the smoothie ingredients in a blender and process for 2 minutes.
  • Pour into tall glasses and serve each with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, chunks of mango and papaya, and a spoon.
